Benji was born and raised in Wisconsin.  He grew up and graduated in Colby, and moved with his wife near Gilman WI in 2004.  He has a passion for the outdoors that you can feel when you look at a piece of his artwork.  From his freehand etching on glass to his signature woodburning on mushrooms, each is exquisitely detailed.  His attention to detail, and lifetime observing nature in all aspects from a leaf on an oak tree, to the way a whitetail moves, is what makes his artwork so realistic and entrancing.  Benji and his family enjoy hunting, fishing, camping, and anything that brings them out to nature.
